Shipping

Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. The cost of shipping for heavy or oversized items is higher than other items of the same value and will be reflected in the shipping total. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Tess and I Luxury Dog Boutique is the responsibility of Tess and I Luxury Dog Boutique. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify Tess and I Luxury Dog Boutique within 48 hours of the date of delivery if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, incorrect or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, you shall send us a picture(s) of the damaged item to us by an e-mail.

When it is a custom order the item is not eligible for exchange.

Any shipments to overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost of these amounts. Please contact your customs office for more information. Delivery times are estimated. Certain delays are out of our control. We do not guarantee any specific time for shipment or delivery.

If incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments result in an item being returned, the customer will be charged shipping fees. Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer’s request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restock charge will apply and store refund will be issued for the balance. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. Delivery time will be anywhere from 1- 3 weeks for standard shipping. Non-stock/special order items require approximately 4-6 weeks to ship. Weekends and holidays are not calculated in the delivery days. Tess and I Luxury Dog Boutique shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including shortage of materials, acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, strikes, war, riot or delays in transportation. In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay.
